2 high-quality bushings 95A rating are "hard". We recommend changing bushings every 40 hours or at least once a year to get the best performance out of a set.If you are on an Adventure Bike and are doing a lot of road miles we recommend swapping out bushings once a year to ensure that you get the most vibration dampening of the bushings.

The 95-rated bushings are also the most durable option. If you are riding a lot of rocky and technical terrain these will hold up the longest. For that hard-enduro rider, we highly recommend a set of these. If you are a hard charger and sending those doubles and triples on the MX track we would also recommend these. They will help protect your ankles on a hard case or compression.
