These bushings are designed to turn the platform into a traditional feeling fixed footpeg but with the added benefits of the flex-mount system. You still get vibration-dampening and large impact shock absorption but very limited rotation. It is the best of both worlds if you don't want a footpeg that rotates but want vibration dampening and large impact shock absorption.
